At Luxe & Lucky, every Mystery Scoop and Mystery Ball is a surprise. Because of the nature of our products:

All Sales Are Final

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on any orders.

By placing an order, you understand and agree that:

• Each mystery order is randomly curated.
• You may receive different items than other customers.
• We cannot guarantee specific colors, styles, brands, or products.
• We do not offer refunds because you did not like the surprise items you received.

Incorrect or Damaged Orders

If you receive the wrong order or your package arrives with damaged items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at inquiries@shopluxeandlucky.com. Include:

• Your order number
• Photos of the package and items
• A brief description of the issue

We will review each case individually and work with you to resolve any mistakes on our end.
